Britomart’s Xuxu Dumpling Bar has been a favourite among dumpling-enthusiasts (aka everyone) since it first opened its doors.
Nothing beats biting into a succulent dumpling in a cosy setting fit out in an Eastern style, with bamboo foliage and lantern mood-lighting. Xuxu’s dumplings are like little parcels of heaven, packed with magnificent Eastern flavours and lovingly crafted by hand. Pair all this with a line-up for incredible signature cocktails and you’ve got a winning combo!
And as if Xuxu wasn’t amazing enough already, the busy bees behind the scenes have created a new menu and it’s set to launch on Tuesday, May 22nd! Joining the dumpling line-up are the divine chicken and water chestnut wontons in a drunken sauce—with a name like that we’re already sold! In an East-Asia-meets-South-Asia venture, the menu also features a Chinese-Indian cross-over in the form of samosa dumplings with curried potato. Intriguing, right? And you better be saving room for dessert, because Xuxu figured out a way to turn the classic Chinese steamed bun into a dessert! No shit. Imagine the sweet, chewy goodness of a steamed bun paired with a centre of molten chocolate, oozing out at every bite… Xuxu, we cannot wait!
