Settle in for good times this weekend because there's a sling of binge-worthy goods you need to cross off your bucket list.
Here's everything you need to binge this weekend.
Hip-Hop Evolution
The name says it all; Hip-Hop Evolution tracks the rise and rise of hip-hop, through its many phases of growth and change. Host and rapper Shad interviews MCs, DJs, and artists for unparalleled insight into the genre and the culture behind it. A Peabody and Emmy award-winning show, season 3 of Hip-Hop Evolution is out September 6.
The Spy
Based on the true story of Mossad agent Eli Cohen, The Spy follows a deep undercover operation in Syria, the success of which will alter the landscape of Israel’s history. Starring Sacha Baron Cohen, a distant relative of Eli Cohen himself, this is no comedy full of funny voices and pranks – but a gritty thriller proving yet again that good comedic actors make the best dramatic ones. The Spy is out September 6.
Hit Man
Rex Feral wrote the book on how to get away with murder. Literally. Hit Man: A Technical Manual for Independent Contractors contained all the information a person would need to become a contract killer… and never get caught. Ten years later, police have opened up a multi-state investigation into the murders of three people, including a child. But, it is only when they discover this strange book that they find the “blueprint” for the killings.
