The world’s obsession with Netflix’s hit docu-series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness knows no end, with fans begging for more of Joe Exotic. And it seems, what the people want, the people shall get with a rumoured new ep heading our way.
If you’re one of the few people left in the world that haven’t devoured this truly insane series, it follows larger than life character Joe Exotic—a mulleted, gun-toting polygamist who presides over an Oklahoma roadside zoo. Charismatic but misguided, Joe and a wild cast of characters including drug kingpins, conmen and cult leaders all share a passion for big cats, and the status and attention their dangerous menageries garner. But things take a dark turn when Carole Baskin, an animal activist and owner of a big cat sanctuary, threatens to put them out of business, stoking a rivalry that eventually—spoiler alert—leads to Joe’s arrest for a murder-for-hire plot.
While we’ve been left wondering what the hell happened next, it looks like we might be getting an answer sooner than expected. According to a video on Cameo—an app where people pay for video messages from celebs—there's at least one more episode of Tiger King on the way. While recording a message for a fan, GW Zoo owner (and the underrated star of Tiger King in our opinion) Jeff Lowe thanks fans for “giving up 7 hours of your life on us," and went on to say that, "Netflix is gonna make you give up one more though, because we're gonna add another episode”.
He continued by saying that Netflix is wrapping up the story with a final episode, with filming taking place the very next day. He also finished the video in classic Lowe style saying, “Carole did it”.
