Valentine’s Day can be hard. There are so many expectations and rules for gift giving: how can one be expected to keep up? Fret not, we’ve put together 50 things to keep bae happy this Valentine’s.

  1. Hit up one of Brisbane’s best restaurants
  2. Head to Northey St City Farm to source some fresh ingredients to cook up a seriously mean feed for your love.
  3. Finish it off with a seriously bomb.com dessert.
  4. Trek your way to the top of Mt Coot-tha and enjoy a picnic, some views and the company.
  5. Or, head up to Mt Coot-tha later in the evening if you’re past the day date stage.
  6. Rent yourselves a City Cycle and explore the beauty that Brisbane has to offer. Crusing along the river at New Farm as the sun goes down = major romance points.
  7. Get yo’ skates on and hit up one of Brisbane’s skating offerings. Attempt the Dirty Dancing style lift at your own risk…
