As if Tarte Bakery wasn’t already a household name on the Gold Coast, they’ve dropped a sweet, sweet bombshell on us with the opening of Tarte Market.

Set in the heart of Robina, The Robina Farmers Market is quickly making a name for itself as the Gold Coast’s newest community hub.

Frida’s Field is the Northern Rivers’ ultimate celebration of wide open spaces. Perched atop an emerald glade, this husband-wife run farm-to-table restaurant and event space offers refined local eats and rustic country charm in equal measure. 

Freshly baked cheesecake is one of life’s greatest pleasures and we think it’s even more divine when paired with a glass (or bottle—we won’t judge) of velvety Champagne. Yes, cheesecake and Champagne is a match made in heaven and the talented team at BASQUE certainly knows it.

You might not associate Burleigh Pavilion with catering, but we're here to change your mind. Burleigh Pavilion Catering provides their well-renowned food and service to a wide array of events, such as weddings, engagements, corporate functions, birthdays and everything in between. 

Mo’s Desert Clubhouse, Burleigh’s thriving Americana psychedelic desert-inspired music venue, has a vibrant new bar and outdoor garden event space you need to check out, stat. El Ranchero is an eclectic bar and outdoor garden venue, inspired by a mix of colourful Mexico City culture and traditional hacienda vibes. It sets itself apart from standard bar and event spaces by boasting a sun-filled deck and spacious garden, bold accents like The Virgin Dolly's Margarita Bar and a Route 66-inspired silver bullet food truck.

Almond milk on tap, self-serve nut butters and over 400 different cheeses are just the beginning of what Harris Farm Markets has to offer. Starting their Queensland presence in Clayfield late last year, the gourmet food market has recently opened its flavour-filled doors on the Isle of Capri. At their first Gold Coast store, you can expect a gourmet grocery section of boutique local products, an extensive deli and more than 400 cheeses displayed in their famous Cheese Lane. Cheese Lane is a thing and we're here for it.

Created by Chef Jemma Wickham and with the recent addition of Chef Dan Fox Notorious E.A.T. is so much more than just a burger truck. Inspired by the local diner and burger scene in the USA, Chefs Jem and Dan spend time at HQ trialling burgers to bring their loyal fans some seriously epic creations. Fan favourites include the Ezy E (and pressed beef patty, rasher bacon, cheese, caramelised onion, house BBQ sauce with 2 crispy hash browns) and the Piggie Smallz (lettuce, house made apple slaw, melt in your mouth pulled pork, bouse BBQ sauce). While their more recent additions include crazy specials such as the PB Ja Rule and the Pizzaburger! Keep an eye on their Instagram to see where which food festivals and events across Gold Coast and Brisbane they pop up at next.

If you prefer your fruit n veg without copious amounts of sprays and toxins, then you should make your way to Queensland’s only truly organic grower’s market, selling only the best quality produce. Did you know that organic fruit, vegetables and meat have 40 to 90% more antioxidants than commercially-grown food? Us neither, but that coupled with completely affordable prices is a good enough reason to visit Miami’s Organic Farmers Market. Some weekends you’ll find community stalls promoting environmental awareness and natural health practices. So, if you want to get a little more educated on our planet and our produce, pop down and spin a yarn with one of the stallholders. Held every Sunday morning at Miami State High School between 6am and 11:30am.

Held monthly on a Saturday afternoon, at The Green Marquee Twilight Eco Markets expect all the feel-good community vibes as you wander around market stalls adorned with handmade jewellery, recycled clothing, ceramics and vegan skincare; plus delish food trucks, live music to get you grooving, fresh produce from Ground Grocer, coffee and cakes from Pasture & Co., activities for the kids, plus local brewskies from Black Hops, Balter and Ink Gin for the adults. BYO picnic blanket is essential! 

Strategically located at the entrance to Currumbin’s fertile valley—meaning a shorter distance from source to market—this boutique farmers market is certain to become your mid-week ritual. Held every Thursday morning, at the Currumbin Community Markets you can fill your basket with organic fruits and vege, meats, jams and baked goods, then stay for the breezy live music, picnic blanket hangs and activities for the little tots. 

Dedicated to all things babes and children, at Miami's monthly Hide & Seek Children's Market expect beautifully crafted clothing and accessories, decor, toys, furnishings, family photographers, doulas and oh so much more. Stallholders are handpicked, with an emphasis on those using quality materials and goods that are ethically produced. Adding to the whimsical family-friendly atmosphere at Hide & Seek, there will be yummy food trucks with eats for both the big and little kids, live music, story telling and kids crafts activities. #shopsmall  

The long wait is over, folks. A vacant warehouse in the middle of a Burleigh Heads industrial estate has been converted into a bustling marketplace, packed with stalls dishing up more barbecue-inspired eats than you could possibly poke a fork at. Sounds like some kind of dream, huh? Wrong!

It’s a Friday or Saturday night and you’ve got no desire to cook dinner. But you’ve only got $20 in the kitty, so heading to your fave sit-down restaurant is a total stretch. So, what’s a hungry, not-keen-to-cook person to do? Two words—Miami Marketta. This long-established gem is held every Friday and Saturday night (and on a smaller scale on Wednesdays) and pulls together some of the best ethnic food stalls from across the Coast. Pair it with an electric vibe, revolving roster of toe-tapping bands and DJs, multiple cocktail bars, a dessert hall, fashion stalls and a buzzing family-friendly crowd, and you’ve got one of the best markets on the Gold Coast.

Handcrafted wooden skateboards, floppy felt hats, babes on push bikes—who needs Bondi when you’ve got The Village Markets? Since 2008, “TVM” has been silencing the skeptics of the Gold Coast’s blossoming talent pool with their artfully selected round up of boutique fashion and lifestyle stalls. Trading on the first and third Sunday of every month at Burleigh Heads State School from 8.30am until 1pm, their famous “positive Sunday vibes” are always a winner. Pack a picnic blanket; marvel at emerging designers, creatives, and collectors; listen to live music; and eat delicious food. What more could your weekend possibly call for?

Named in honour of the epic Mexican surf break Zicatela, it’s little wonder our favourite mobile taqueria is frequently rotating on the roster at Balter Brewing HQ. Which is exactly where we first fell in love with their wood fired tacos (the fish and pollo tacos are honestly some of the BEST we’ve ever wrapped our lips around), wings, loaded nachos and insanely good breakfast burritos. Hang on, wood fired Mexican? Yep, they have a wood-fired oven inside the truck and that smokey goodness needs to be tasted to be believed. Hola!
