It's safe to say that our eyes light up when we see the word chocolate, but especially when the same Sue Lewis is involved. Part of the incredible State Buildings, Sue Lewis Chocolatier creates delectable, handmade chocolates that are almost too beautiful to eat. Just a pre-warning—it may ruin all other chocolate for you because it is so darn good. #sorrynotsorry

A Claremont favourite, Davies Ground have got all of your catering needs sorted. On top of dishing out delicious chia puddings, cupcakes and muffins, they also put together beautiful hampers, making the perfect gift for that special someone. If you're looking to add more balance into your life head to Perth yoga studio, Bodyscape Yoga in Nedlands. The local legends specialise in vinyassa flow, core power and yin yoga, and they even run workshops including Yoga & Gelato (heck yes!), Acro Yoga and Blindfolded Yoga. This is definitely a yoga studio which feeds the soul.

The Queen Street Gym is home to the hugely popular Box & Bike program! Tucked beneath the Windsor Lodge Hotel on Preston Street in Como, Juniper & Bay has been dishing out delectable Eurasian cuisine for several years to those in the know. Owners Soren and Sabine, who did time (a decade even) at the George Street Bistro, have created a relaxed and intimate fine dining experience at Juniper & Bay. And when it comes to the dishes served you can expect seasonal produce and plated perfection every time. Offering one of the most reasonably priced degustation menus in Perth ($73 for five courses) and some killer mid-week dining deals, head here for your next date night!

Sushi and sake go hand in hand, which is why James Parker in Northbridge have a good thing going on. Grab the wagyu roll and a sake or two and you're all set. James Parker also serves some delish sashimi, if you're into that kind of thing. 

Epicurean at Crown Towers is a dining experience unlike any other in Perth. The buffet-style restaurant is the answer to all of your foodie desires, with dishes ranging from house-made curries and smoked brisket, to one of the largest chocolate fountains we’ve ever laid eyes on. Saying no to seconds definitely won’t be possible. Top tip: Go with an empty stomach!

The Skin Nurse Australia, tucked into King Street in Perth, provides a range of treatments which will leave your skin renewed and refreshed. With multiple treatments on offer, no matter what your skin needs are, pay these guys a visit next time you’re feeling a little less sparkly and try one of their masks or peels, you won’t regret it.

Roleystone’s secret gem is, well, not so secret anymore—introducing Honey's Bakehouse. The family owned and operated bakery is turning out jaw-dropping sausage rolls and pies, just ask the happy hordes of Roleystone locals.

If you’re looking to taste some seriously out of this world frozen yoghurt, look no further than Verde Brio in Subiaco. This place is adored by anyone who steps inside and tastes Andre’s secret Italian recipe! These guys also have a pretty spectacular spread of toppings so you can get creative with your froyo.

Little Cultures in Subiaco make their froyo right there in the store and the crew slice and dice the toppings in front of you, so you know everything is fresh. They also do fresh yoghurt bowls, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices and more. We can't get enough of the monkey business with banana, dark chocolate, cocoa pops and banana chips. Yum!

Red Spoon in Cottesloe is offering the best of both worlds with a smorgasbord of gelato and froyo. The team here are friendly and super helpful if you’re a newbie to the froyo scene and have no idea where to start. Plus, they are located a stone's throw from the beach, so you can enjoy your frozen treat than overlooking the water.

Ditto Froyo Cafe in Applecross ticks all of the boxes for any health freak or gym junkie looking to give themselves a bit of leeway. Serving sugar-free options which are still freakin’ tasty, the team here rotate the flavours on the regs so there’s always something new.

After lugging their adorable gelato carts around the market scene to great success, Chicho Gelato opened up their first ever shopfront and has since become a Northbridge institution. Having studied at gelato university in Italy, the cold creamy stuff made by owners Carly and Cesare De Bartolo is the shiz-nit. It’s the kind of gelato that actually tastes the way it sounds, made with nothing artificial and only the best ingredients. 

Solid no-nonsense breakfast and great coffee is what’s on offer at Tom, Dick & Harry’s in Mount Hawthorn. Plus they do all day breakfast so you can sleep as long as you like, because you can get eggs on toast, muesli or pancakes at whatever damn time you like. The crew here will also welcome your pooch with open arms so bring them along and grab a table in the garden outside.

Step into the blissful rainforest style cafe which is Pachamama in Scarborough. Serving up the most colourful, delicious and nutritious food, they have more rainbow salads and raw treats than you can count. We love their granola bowl with mango, cacao, cashew yoghurt and choice of milk. Plus they serve some awesome sounding smoothies which you can top and turn into a bowl! All their produce is organic, locally sourced, seasonal and refined sugar free. 

Two mates who love coffee and hospitality want to share their favourite things with us, so that’s how Modus in Mount Lawley was born.  These guys are dishing up amazing brekky burgers, Reuben sambos, delicious chai and of course some top notch coffee.The interior is seriously funky and there's outdoor seating so you can enjoy the sunshine while you take a shopping break. 

Duck Duck Bruce in Fremantle has won us over with the names of their menu items alone. The Rhubarbra Streisand breakfast (stewed rhubarb, strawberries, maple and almond granola with pomegranate and cardamom coconut whip) is enough to make us want to move in. The Auber Jean Is Not My Lover is also a winner with crispy fennel, potato straws, spinach, almonds, Goan eggplant achadi, roti, coconut sambal, eggs, pickled chilli and cumin raita. 

When we heard about Wattle Grove restaurant, Quills, we were keen to get down there to try it out quick smart. With a head chef of Deco and Northbridge Brewing Company fame and a sous chef who’s done time at The Garden, this eatery in the Perth foothills does not disappoint. The menu features delicious bites like duck liver parfait, roast confit pork belly, pan roasted salmon and chocolate mousse. Get down there and check it out for yourself!

Someday Coffee Co is a beautiful suburban cafe in Floreat and the friendly team here are brewing some seriously smooth coffee. They're also dishing out amazing breakfasts like pimped up toast, delish granola and Mexican beans that are to die for. If you're after something sweet, grab yourself one of the Mary Street Bakery doughnuts or for something slightly healthier, opt for a Kommunity Brew Kombucha or a Pressed Earth juice. Floreat residents, we've found your new local!

West Leederville cafe, Aliment, is the perfect place to go for a morning recharge. It's home to delicious treats like brownie filled pancakes, four cheese toasties and salted caramel doughnuts, as well as plenty of healthier delights. The dark interier with splashes of colour give this space a warm and homey feel. We reckon it might just become one of your fave hangouts.

If you've ever considered permanent make up like featherbrow or even eyeliner or lipstick (natural looking colours only of course!), Alicia Rose Permanent Make Up Artist in Fremantle is the place for you. Ever the perfectionist, Alicia Rose will keep you in the loop through every single step and you won't leave until you (and Alicia Rose) are 110% happy with the results. Located above Harfoner Hair in Fremantle, you can kill two birds with one stone and get your hair done before or after your appointment. 

Jersey Jack Gelato in South Perth sure knows how to create dessert porn. Home to Perth’s first doughnut cone, they source the freshest ingredients to put in their gelato and we wouldn't have it any other way. While the doughnut cone is no longer, its place has been taken by The Little Mostro—a massive waffle cone jam-packed with three scoops of ice cream and topped with two mini waffle cones.

Ladle + Press in Hillarys is all about going back to basics, but don't get us wrong—these guys are anything but boring. Their brekky bowls, soups, casseroles, curries and risottos are all made from scratch with fresh ingredients and are all available to take away so you can enjoy them on the run. The team here also serve up seriously good single origin brews which you can enjoy with the creamiest almond milk around or fresh cows milk. They brew their own kombucha on site and press their own juices, using the leftover juice pulp in their sweet and savoury bread loafs. Is there anything these guys can't do? 

If you're looking for a beautiful yoga studio then look no further, Sage Yoga in Como is about as zen as they get. They offer a range of classes and also run a monthly Sage Lab where you can delve a bit deeper into specific practices. But our favourite part might just the yoga retreats they run in Ubud and Margaret River.

Maylands cafe Mrs S has a little sister in Highgate with the same calibre of food and tastiness, plus a few extra smatterings of awesome thrown in. Thankfully plenty of the Mrs S classics (The manwich! The panacotta!) are still available, but there's also an expanded menu with around 20 dishes for foodies to get stuck into.

Gourmet Forager Co is the most amazing delivery service for all those wine and cheese lovers in Perth. They put together some amazing cheese boards and deliver them to your humble abode or workplace at the click of a button. From corporate gifts to a spesh Mother's Day or birthday treat, these guys have got it covered.

Why fly all the way to Paris when you can have some of the best French cuisine right here in Perth? Highgate's, P'tite Ardoise Bistro serves up some of the most authentic and delicious French food in the Frenchiest setting you could possibly imagine (music and all). They do everything from braised beef cheek and savoury crepes to creme brulee and macaroons. You'll want to keep this one up your sleeve for date night!

Perth Japanese restaurant, Tsunami Ko is hidden behind an inconspicuous door, alongside the well-known and equally delicious Tsunami Izakaya. This tiny, 16-seat teppanyaki restaurant that the Mosman Park locals have been keeping hush about is where food and theatrics come together. With more than 50 varieties of sake and Japanese whisky on offer, Tsunami Ko is perfect for date nights or fanciful birthday celebrations with friends. Our advice: pimp your rice with wagyu!

Dessert boutique Bites By D is keeping the Mount Hawthorn locals sweeter than ever with some of the tastiest desserts we’ve ever eaten and they might just be the prettiest too! Take one look at their Instagram account and you’ll be coming up with any excuse you can think of to get to Mount Hawthorn on the double.

While a lot of seafood joints tend to focus on deep fried fare, the guys at Starfish Caf in Mount Lawley have an incredible grilled selection, some drool-worthy burgers and an epic range of salads, providing a well-balanced spin on the usual fish ‘n’ chip scenario. But never fear, if you're craving some squid rings and a big hunk of fried fish, Starfish won't disappoint. They've got a little bit of errythang!

Bathers Beach House in Fremantle is Australia's first-ever liquor licenced beachfront bar and restaurant, so you can now enjoy your drinks with your feet in the sand!

Where all the ‘Stoners go for their coffee fix, Orchard Espresso in Roleystone is a lovely little coffee shop and cafe serving awesome brews, breakfast and lunch, as well as take home dinners. There are loads of options for all the gluten free, vegans and vegetarians out there too. 

Overlooking stunning orchards in Pickering Brook, the CORE Cider House is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshing ciders and delicious food with friends. Grab a cider tasting tray (five different ciders for $18, you can’t go wrong) and don’t forget to get a six-pack to enjoy at home.

Vegetarian and vegan cafe and wellness centre, SoulJahs in Roleystone is a top notch spot to get your zen on in the Hills. Housed right next door to a yoga studio, the cafe serves coffee and healthy delights—think chia puddings, rice paper rolls, raw desserts and muffins. It’s also a hot spot for fun workshops like vegan cheese making and dream catcher workshops.

If you're looking to burn up to 1000 calories in a single workout, F45 in Northbridge is for you. F45 run high-intensity, functional interval training that’s team based and completed in 45 minutes. Coupled with a healthy diet, F45 is one of the fastest ways to tone up and get fit—it’s no easy feat but it’s not as scary as everyone makes out. There are 27 different modules (workouts) which are either resistance or cardio based, meaning you get a whole lot of variety in your workouts, leaving your muscles guessing each time you rock up to class. Nice!

If the true essence of Italian is to do amazing things to simple ingredients, Wembley restaurant Monsterella is most certainly nailing it. Sitting pretty on the corner of Grantham and Jersey Streets in Wembley, Monstarella oozes rustic cool with its simple, stylish and classy interior. Pizza is the name of the game here, with handmade bases which are naturally risen for eight hours and 17 flavour combos to choose from. There are also a few pastas, antipasti and salad options on the menu—don't miss the arrosticini abruzzesse (traditional lamb skewers from the Abruzzo region in Italy), they're to die for!

Hippocampus has been hanging out in West Perth distilling their ahhh-mazing vodka and gin for a while, but luckily for the good people of Perth, they decided to use some of that extra space as a bar where you can go and taste said vodka and gin, sip on a cocktail or two, or enjoy a glass of wine.

Using pure WA cream, organic milk and local free-range eggs, Kuld Creamery is scooping some delicious and unique flavours. Think matcha fresh mint chip, peach cobbler, Nutella and Maltesers, chai and even the sweet beet cone topped with chunks of fudgy beetroot brownie. The decor is seriously cool and flavours change weekly so you have a good excuse to pop in regularly.

The legends at Grounded Days in Swanbourne have been grinding hard (pun intended) to create an awesome gift store filled with goodies from local designers and suppliers. They are serving up awesome coffee and some of our fave eats from around Perth including Nudie Foodies raw treats, Delish icy poles and the famous Honeycake. You can also pick up gorgeous candles, succulents, pillows and more. So many excuses to pop by.

Next time you're in need of a little zen time, head to Becalmed Float in North Beach for a float. Jump into one of their floatation tanks which are filled with 500kg of Epsom salts dissolved in 1000L of water so that you float and feel totally weightless. Once the pod is closed you can turn off the lights so it's pitch black, completely quiet and distraction free. While it sounds kind of scary, owners Jo and Aaron will make you feel at ease before your first float and once your hour is up you'll be totally addicted. Not only is it a great form of meditation, it also helps with stress relief, insomnia, muscle healing, pain management and lots more!

Supernatural at ECU in Mount Lawley is all about fast, fresh and healthy food. While they might be located at a university campus, the food here is so good that it's worth the trip down memory lane. Picture bright smoothies, delicious toasties and vegan doughnuts and you're on the right track.

Spritz Spizzicheria in Mount Hawthorn has combined two of our favourite things—Italian food and tapas.

Livingstone's Urban Jungle is a little slice of coffee heaven for anyone who catches the train to the city and then heads Northbridge way! The career baristas here whip up a great cup of joe in no time at all and if you head there later in the day you can get ice cream—not that there would be any judgement here if you got ice cream for breakfast.

Settling into its gorgeous home just off Oxford Street in Leederville, Limón Health & Beauty Spa is a stunning sanctuary of calm and one of Perth's best day spas. Organic, made-to-order skincare is the name of the game here thanks to owner Julianna Horvath’s passion for natural and holistic skincare products. Bringing to life her vision of a beautiful but approachable day spa which provides the ultimate relaxation experience for each guest has been a labour of love for Horvath and it shows—the spa oozes tranquility. There’s a range of treatments on offer here including massages, facials, beauty treatments and even detox packages.

Coffee, Fixies, doughnuts and jaffles—sounds like Get Ya Fix knows its Northbridge neighbours pretty well!.

This adorable little Floreat gem makes us all wish we lived in the area! Serving up some of the best coffee in town and the most incredible looking brekkies, we can't wait to come back for more. Fortysevenkirwanstreet has a semi homey and modern feel all combined into one with pops of colour all around the place. The service is amazing and the baked treats look amaze-balls.

When we heard the guys behind Engine Room in North Perth were opening up Mount Lawley cafe Standby Espresso, we knew the coffee would be epic. This teeny tiny hole in the wall coffee spot has got itself a gang of loyal followers which comes as no surprise to us.
