Meylissa Yusuf swapped her suit for her apron and opened up her first patisserie Miam in Pyrmont. Having served her time in the kitchen at Zumbo Rozelle and Cheeky Chocolate, this hole in the wall is serving up finger-licking deserts with an Asian twist. Her signature is a black-sesame tart with a creamy vanilla and chocolate center, as well as a green tea slice with layers of green tea, brown-roasted rice cream and Chantilly mascarpone.

Formerly The Goodwill Society pop-up, 169 Darlinghurst is the permanent café and rosé bar by the same guys behind Tatler nightclub.
