They’re relatively new kids on the block, but Tamp and Tailor are bringing some serious A-game to the Coast café scene. Known for their smooth brews and sweet treats, their melt-in-your-mouth American Brownie is our pick of the cabinet. Only from Monday to Friday can you get your hot little hands on this baby, so be sure to plan your next brownie date accordingly.

Little laneway charmer Lamkin Lane is making waves Australia-wide. Their chocolate brownie don’t need no fancy toppings—it’s simple, icing sugar-dusted perfection. Paired with an award-winning, Top 5 in Australia cup of joe, it’s a match made in heaven.

The gang at Elliotts like to mix up their brownie offerings every once in a while, but a solid fave is their dark chocolate and caramel. Lovely owner Rachelle has been using this recipe since she was 15 years old in her first café job, so with years of perfection behind it, you know it’s gotta be good.

BFresh Café knows that nobody deserves to be deprived of brownies. Health nuts will be stoked to find both a superfood brownie AND a protein brownie in the cabinet, packed with all sorts of goodness and made specially by local catering whiz Homemade Bliss. If you’re not into the fancy-schmancy superfood stuff, BFresh’s home-style brownie is made with love using the chef’s family recipe, and man, it is gooood.

LITTLE MAY ESPRESSO
This cute-as café in Montville has cemented its place in hearts everywhere because not only do they bake all of their sweet treats in-house, but they also source local produce to do it! There are many words that could be used to describe Little May’s chocolate brownie with orange blossom frosting, but we don’t feel they would adequately describe the level of deliciousness. So we won’t even try.
