Yes, it’s true, the wait is almost over. The days when your biggest dilemma was the fact that you were too hungover to leave the house but you also NEEDED a burger the size of your head will soon be behind you, because as of September (date to be announced!), you’ll be able to get one delivered to your door! Yes, UberEATS is coming to the Sunshine Coast next month!
So how does it work exactly? It’s pretty simple really. Open app. Choose food. Continue slothing until food is delivered. The driver will even bring the food right to your door. Amazing, right? You can choose food off the instant delivery menu and have it in as little as 10 minutes.
The restaurants that will be available to order food from on the Sunshine Coast aren’t confirmed yet, but if what’s on offer in Brisbane and the Gold Coast is anything to go by then we think it’s going to be a pretty good selection of just about everything you could ever want—think quality burgers, Italian, all the Asian eats you could dream of and a few dessert options too.
