The World’s Largest Inflatable Waterslide Has Just Popped Up!

For all the big kids out there, the world’s largest inflatable waterslide has just hit the Sunshine Coast and is now officially open!

Literally popping up on the sand at Mooloolaba Beach, the Trippo waterslide towers a massive 12 metres above the ground and has three super-fast slides to experience.

You’ll be able to get your slide on daily for the next three weeks from 10am to 4pm, so it’s a perfect time-filler if you’re babysitting your sister’s kids (hello, favourite aunty!), or your own kidlets are on school holidays.

Now, if a slide is like three-storeys high, there’s going to be some rules. So, littlies need to be over three years old and ride with an adult if under 1.06 metres, which seems pretty obvious, really.

Sliding sessions go for one hour, so grab your ticket and squeeze in as many downhill runs as you can. Oh, and in case you were wondering, the Trippo crew have done us all a solid by limiting the number of people in a session, which means more rides for everyone—woot!

Prices vary, and if you’ve got the whole fam in tow, thankfully there’s group offers available so a lunch full of burgers at Good Bar or Dirty Moes afterwards is still possible. Phew!

Like all good things, Trippo is here for a good time not a long time, so don’t miss your chance by being all low-key about it…get down to Mooloolaba, stat.

Happy sliding, folks!
