The weekend is over, but there’s no use crying into your acai bowl when the week ahead is looking so freakin’ bright.

Oh November, shine on!

Drop-in Meditation Session at Share Space | Thursday, November 24

Surely by now you’ve heard that meditation is all the rage, yeah? Well, if you haven’t already given it a shot, then this drop-in sesh is the perfect chance. Come with $10 and a head full of wayyy too many thoughts, and leave with a sense of calm. Held at uber cute Share Space every Thursday night from 5.30pm.

Taco Club At Moto | Friday, November 25

We love clubs. Especially when they’re all about food. And when that food is tacos, ah hell—there’s no club we’d rather be part of. Feelin’ us? Then you’ll be happy to know that every Friday night, our mates at Moto host Taco Club—serving up tacos, beers, cocktails, and tunes. All the fun kicks off at 5pm, so don’t dally if you wanna grab a seat.

Twilight Christmas Market At Sunspace | Sunday, November 27

If you’re totally out of whack, and thinking it’s still June when we’re alllmost in December, this event may help. This Sunday, our fave hippie house Sunspace is hosting a twilight Christmas market from 4pm to 7pm. There’ll be goods for sale from local artisans, delicious organic food being cooked up in the kitchen, and activities for the ankle-biters if you’ve got them in tow.

Mooloolaba Collective Markets | Sunday, November 27

Us Sunny Coasters are suckers for a good market, so we were pretty amped to hear about the launch of The Mooloolaba Collective Markets this Sunday. Taking over the oval at Mooloolaba State Primary School will be an impressive line-up of stalls showcasing goods from local creatives like succulent displays, macramé, super cute childrenswear and all-natural beauty products. You probably should implement a spending limit before you go—just saying.

Massive Sample Sale | Sunday, November 27 and Monday, November 28

Seems we’ll be spending all our money this weekend between tacos, markets, and now this—a massive women’s fashion sale. Sprawling over two days, at Sands Tavern in Maroochydore, this is basically a spend-less opportunity for shopaholics to get a brand spanking new summer wardrobe, and that we like! There’ll be a whole heap of women’s fashion from European collections plus plenty of stock from one of our fave local footwear designers Zoe Kratzmann and her spin-off brands ZK Footwear and Freya & Sabine. Doors open at 10am both days, so if you plan on snapping up a boatload, best be getting there early.
