Here’s Where To Drink Beer To Help Drought Relief

Usually, I don’t need a reason to drink beer. It could be hot outside, it could be cold, I could be energetic, I could be tired—whatever the circumstance, beer is good to me.

Melbourne pubs have already jumped on board to help the drought relief efforts around Australia by donating proceeds from purchases of a good old-fashioned parma, but now pubs are also tipping in a bit of cash from the purchase of a cold crisp ale—so you can now drink for a good cause.

Until Friday 31 August, the pubs below will be tipping in $1 for every parma sold, along with $1 from every pot or pint of Balter or Carlton Draught, sold on tap between 5-7pm. All of the donations will go towards the Buy A Bale campaign.

Here’s where to take part:

If you're just after a parma, here are all the pubs taking part in the Parmer For A Farmer initiative.
