It’s been a long week dodging Married At First Sight spoilers, hasn’t it? Well, Charlene and Dean have finally expressed their secret undying love for each other (only kidding). Dunno why, but this week feels like it's draaaaaaggged. Maybe that's coz Melbourne launched crazy new diners, mobile fried chicken trucks and new Messina flavours.

Here’s a round-up of all the food news you might have missed this week.

  • Our favourite Indian joint, Atta, has launched a spicy new menu, pairing artistic dishes with A-Grade plonk. We’re praying that butter chicken is paired with Merlot...

  • Gather all your amici, because pizza artisans Baby Pizza are hosting an Al-Fresco-Loco party—a scene typically saved for the Amalfi Coast. Featuring an epic shared menu and Spritz galore straight from their Aperol cart. Buy your tickets here.

  • White Rabbit and Pana Chocolate have collab'd to create a lip-smacking Chocolate Stout. All our Easter dreams have come true...

  • Belles Hot Chicken has gone mobile! Their brand new food truck can be found at Northcote’s Welcome to Thornbury.

  • The NGV dropped news of their brand new exhibition: over 800 works and two complementary exhibitions, exploring Australia’s colonial history. Bring gran along.

  • Natural History opened up in the CBD, and it's turning heads with a 15-metre museum-inspired diorama.

  • Fed Square, heads up. You got a new American diner and rooftop speakeasy with views over the CBD. Spiffy.

  • Oi, Ballaratians! Stop panning for gold this weekend and head over to White Night. You won't regret it.

  • Our mates over at Messina have created the gelato-filled Easter choc you never knew you needed.

  • The Richmond Club Hotel are giving away a year’s worth of Parma’s and your body weight in beer! Uh huh...a year. To enter, click here

  • A restaurant in the heart of Ripponlea has launched a new Express Lunch menu. Featuring chipotle prawns. ‘Nuff said.

  • ‘TATO FEST ALERT! There's a potato cake and spud fest going down for St. Paddy’s Day. PSA: there will be free potato cakes and spuds… see you there.

  • Harveast foodie festival is back and better than ever before with a kiddie burger making class run by Huxtaburger. Does it count if we’re a kid at heart?
