Sitting pretty in the historic 100-year-old flour mill, The Flour Factory is undoubtedly one of Perth's favourite restaurants and cocktail bars.
Spread across three floors, including a rooftop bar, The Flour Factory boasts one of the CBD’s largest gin and fortified wine collections and an in-house butcher.
With Andy Freeman at the helm and chef Danny Sanchez in the kitchen, this cracking Perth restaurant never disappoints the discerning CBD crowd.
Their latest menu is an ode to their original Spanish bodega style food, with delicious seafood, tapas and cured meats on the menu, plus some bigger sharing dishes.
Whatever you do, don't leave without ordering the duck fat potatoes—potentially the best potatoes in Perth. You'll also want to get the bomba—a Spanish take on traditional arancini with forest mushrooms, thyme and paella rice—and the Morcilla stuffed baby squid.
If you're looking for something heartier, the steak is always cooked to perfection and the marron atop a bed of squid ink paella is a winner.
You'll want to make sure you save room for dessert because the peanut butter fudge with smoked honey mousse is the stuff dessert dreams are made of.
