The Flour Factory
Sitting pretty in the historic 100-year-old flour mill, The Flour Factory is undoubtedly one of Perth's favourite restaurants and cocktail bars.
Spread across three floors, including rooftop bar The Sherry, The Flour Factory boasts one of the CBD’s largest gin and fortified wine collections.
With Andy Freeman at the helm and chef Danny Sanchez in the kitchen, this cracking Perth restaurant never disappoints the discerning CBD crowd.
Whatever you do, don't leave without ordering the duck fat potatoes; potentially the best potatoes in Perth. You'll also want to get the Arkady lamb ribs and wild mushroom gnocchi.
If you're looking for something heartier, the steak is always cooked to perfection and the fish of the day with seaweed butter never disappoints.
You'll want to make sure you save room for dessert because the honey cake with yoghurt and mandarin is the stuff dessert dreams are made of.
From 14 to 26 January, the beloved Flour Factory has curated a special vegan menu featuring delicious local WA produce. What can you expect to see? Mouthwatering gnocchi with forest mushrooms and rocket, snake beans with roasted tahini and herbs, their famous potatoes done vegan, and to finish off, a dark chocolate dessert with coconut fudge.
