The latest reincarnation of the historic 100-year-old flour mill is The Flour Factory, a convergence of New York style deli, Spanish bodega and cocktail bar. Spread across three floors, including a rooftop bar that is set to open in the warmer months, The Flour Factory boasts one of the CBD’s largest gin and fortified wine collection and an in-house butcher, flour mill and bakery.
With Andy Freeman (of Luxe Bar, Darlings Supper Club and Varnish on King fame) at the helm, this cracking Perth restaurant is bound to please the discerning CBD crowd.
For Easter this year, The Flour Factory is serving our new favourite holiday treat—Hot Cross Gin—a delicious combination of the traditional flavours of a hot cross bun and gin. Does it get any better?
