Sitting pretty in the historic 100-year-old flour mill, The Flour Factory is undoubtedly one of Perth's favourite restaurants and cocktail bars.

Spread across three floors, including rooftop bar The Sherry, The Flour Factory boasts one of the CBD’s largest gin and fortified wine collections.

With Andy Freeman at the helm, this cracking Perth restaurant never disappoints the discerning CBD crowd.

Whatever you do, don't leave without ordering the duck fat potatoes; potentially the best potatoes in Perth. You'll also want to get the Arkady lamb ribs and wild mushroom gnocchi.

If you're looking for something heartier, the steak is always cooked to perfection and the fish of the day with seaweed butter never disappoints.

You'll want to make sure you save room for dessert because the honey cake with yoghurt and mandarin is the stuff dessert dreams are made of.

The Flour Factory is quite partial to Pimm's so they're throwing one heck of a Pimm's party on 20 March and you're in with a chance to score some free drinks. From 5pm to 6pm the first 100 people through The Flour Factory's doors will nab a Pimm's cup. There'll also be some delightful Gusto Gelato garnishes and cute nibbles to get around.
