Just when you thought Noosa couldn’t possibly get any better, a new concept cafe has quietly opened and it’s blown all of us away.
Let us introduce you to Larder & Baked.
This amazing new cafe does one thing exceptionally well, and that’s healthy and delicious takeaway food for a very fair price. How brilliant is that?! It’s something that’s been lacking in the Noosa foodie scene for a while, that was until Larder & Baked arrived. This place is a game changer for takeaway on the Coast and we can’t get enough.
This new hot spot is perfect for those days when you’re in a rush or you’ve forgotten your lunch and you need to grab a quick bite that won’t bust your belt or your budget. Larder & Baked make everything from scratch to ensure it’s not only fresh but it’s also full of flavour. Think poke bowls, fresh and inventive salads, gourmet sandwiches, smoothie bowls, cold pressed juices and of course, coffee. They also have amazing gluten and dairy-free options, as well as a variety of choices for vegetarians too.
Another important distinction that sets Larder & Baked apart is that ALL their packaging is biodegradable. That’s right guys, there’s not a plate or any glassware to be found inside this one-of-a-kind concept cafe. Larder & Baked is the latest venture for passionate Sunshine Coast husband and wife team Dan and Carly. The pair wanted to introduce something special and unique to the foodie scene and it’s obvious to all who enter this amazing new concept café that they’ve managed to achieve this, and then some.
The interior of the cafe is divine with a carefully crafted mixture of sky-high ceilings, white walls and floors and extra-large windows allowing for light to freely flood in, making the space feel warm and open. The feel is a perfect marriage of surf meets Scandi, or Surdi as we like to call it. They’ve also skillfully added in pops of greenery and raw timbers making the cafe visually stunning inside and out!
