If you’re looking to add a bit of magic to your winter, we have news for you! A stunning aerial theatre show is coming to the Sunshine Coast and it’s going to be epic.
Presented by Stalker Theatre, Mountain combines acrobatics, dance and aerials with cutting-edge interactive technology to create a seriously captivating performance that will have your jaw-dropping in the first few seconds.
One of the best acts to feature at this year’s Horizon Festival, Mountain will transform Festival Central into a multi-coloured landscape of immersive light and sound, as it explores society’s dependence on technology and the effect it’s having on the world around us. Even better, it’s completely free.
Held over three consecutive nights, from Friday 23 August to Sunday 25 August, there will be two performances each night at 6:30 pm and 8 pm. Following the show, you’ll also have the chance to play with the incredible interactive projection system while a DJ spins some tunes—winning!
Do yourself a favour and arrive hungry, because there will be a variety of food trucks and vendors whipping up a mouth-watering storm, along with a bar serving chilled beer and warming glasses of red.
