Just when you thought all the new openings and exciting announcements for 2018 were done, we're here to tell you that they are most certainly NOT. That's right guys, we're getting an epic new brewery just in time for summer and we can barely contain our excitement!
Because, let's face it, too much ain't enough of a good thing, baby. And, what is the name of this new craft brewery you might ask?
Let us introduce you to Noosa Brewing Co.
This new venture is the brainchild of two brothers, Craig and Lance Masterton. They share a mutual passion for finely produced craft beer as well as the broader craft beer community. They'll openly tell you that they're literally hooked on craft, and it's passion like this that we love to see at The Urban List.
They've been considering opening a place for a while (or EIGHT years), but 2018 will see their dream become a reality. And, it's us lucky Coasters who will be reaping the benefits of a new shiny brewery! Just think of all that craft.
And will there be a taproom, you might ask? A place for locals and out-of-towners alike to come and sample some of the finest craft the Sunshine Coast will have on offer? The answer is a resounding YASSSS!
Noosa Brewing Co. will also feature a kitchen on site where foodie noms will be available to compliment the craft that's on offer. The brothers are planning to keep it simple, just the way we like it. All the food will be produced in house, using as many local ingredients as possible. Think: burgers, wings, pulled pork, tacos and, at times, even fresh seafood noms.
While we don't have an exact date yet, Noosa Brewing Co is expected to open towards the end of 2018, perfect for our scorching months! And what says summer more than sipping on an ice-cold craft beer? Nothing, that's what! #summersorted For any updated info feel free to check out the Noosa Brewing Co's website here.
