Nestled in Tabilk, the Grown & Gathered farm is just under two hours north-east of Melbourne. Here completely sustainable, ecological farming and waste-free life abounds. Originally office workers who opted for the ultimate tree change, Matt and Lentil farm all of their own vegetables and fruit, produce cheese, make sourdough breads and ferment natural wines. The duo use the fully sustainable closed-loop farming system where everything from fertiliser to produce returns in a full circle, with no extra waste.
