If you’re not all over Lune Croissanterie by now, we wonder where you’ve been. Melbourne’s Lune Croissanterie has been lauded the world over as possibly the best croissant that money can buy. Lines are regularly around the block at both their Rose Street, Fitzroy, and CBD shopfronts.
Last year for World Chocolate Day, Kate Reid—the mastermind behind Lune—created the Pistachio and Dark Chocolate Twice Baked Croissant in collaboration with Koko Black.
The croissant is filled with Koko Black’s pistachio marzipan, pistachio and toasted cacao nib frangipane, and dark chocolate ganache. It’s then topped with chopped pistachio, and shards of dark chocolate.
The croissant will be available from Koko Black stores for three days only, from Friday 5 July until Sunday 7 July. Last year’s edition sold out in less than 30-minutes.
