Flour Market’s Spring Bake Sale Is Back And You Knead To Go

This Sunday, for their final event of the year, Flour Market is hosting their famous Spring Bake Sale to celebrate all things bread, biscuit and butter.

From an early 9am start, the Collingwood Town Hall will be filled with the heavenly scents of freshly baked goods, with Melbourne’s artisan bakeries, cafes, and patisseries all selling their delicious produce to the masses.

This is going to be a bit more snazzy than your average middle school bake sale. Some of the city’s best emerging and underground bakers, as well as a bunch of our favourites, are getting together to give you all the donuts, scrolls, sandwiches and pies you could ever need.

All Day Donuts, Butterbing Cookie Sandwiches, Chez Dré, Cobb Lane, and Rustica Sourdough Bakery. The list goes on, with a $2 gold coin entry as a very generous general admission, as well as early bird tickets available if you want to grab a bit of me-time with your favourite goodies. What’s more, you can bring along the kids for free, and watch them freak out at all the amazing goods on show (don’t worry, you’re more than welcome to join them).

Tickets and more details are available here, so you butter get there before the only thing left is crumbs.
