Soft Potato Gnocchi at White Rabbit


As if you wouldn’t just eat White Rabbit’s hand-crafted gnocchi on its own, but they’ve sweetened the deal by topping it with braised lamb batch sauce, herb gremolata, and truffle pecorino. It’s pillowy soft and is known to cause supreme satisfaction. Now, would you calmly pick yourself up and sprint down there to get this all over your shirt and in your mouth? Good job.

Carb on carb on carb. That’s the way I like to do things, yes sir! Not only does Gigi plate up some of the best pizza in Sydney, but they offer the Patate, with buffalo mozzarella, fresh rosemary, garlic, and truffle oil. It is every bit as delicious as it sounds, and you’re welcome.

No doubt you’ve heard all about poutine and have fallen under its charms, but are you absolutely sure you’ve tested Bondi bar The Stuffed Beaver’s poutine enough times? Sure, this one is a side. But it’s worth going in and getting a vat of it just because it is the silkiest, butteriest mashed potato you have ever had in your life. Fact. Rumour has it the kitchen employs leprechauns to puree the potatoes until they are basically whipped. Okay, that was a lie. But seriously – these are the best mashed potatoes you will ever have. Next question.
