March into Merivale, an iconic Sydney food and wine festival, returns for an eight-week culinary feast, kicking off Wednesday the 12th of February. Inspired by the collective food memories of Merivale's talented chefs, this year's theme is 'Born to Cook' inviting diners on a delectable journey down memory lane.

The festival will feature over 60 mouth-watering events across Merivale's restaurants, bars and pubs—from the hatted est. and Mr. Wong to local hangouts Papi Chulo and The Fish Shop. Transforming the hospitality group's kitchens and bars into culinary playgrounds, there will be plenty on offer to tantalise the taste buds. Highlights on the menu include: 'Around the World with Eighty Whites', a global expedition of white wine discovery, curated by Franck Moreau on Wednesday the 5th of March; dessert lovers can indulge in a dessert extravaganza at Establishment on Monday the 10th of March; and Papi Chulo's ultimate urban barbeque party 'Where There's Smoke' at Ivy on Wednesday the 19th of March.

For cocktail devotees, Palmer & Co. presents 'Mixology 101' throughout the festival, whilst beer enthusiasts can enjoy 'Beer at Beresford' on Saturday 8th of March. For the month, patrons can also enjoy $33 meal deals available lunch and dinner Monday to Friday, which include a main and a glass of wine or beer at all 11 Merivale restaurants.
