Raw food is a thing. So is veganism. So is Instagram. Mix them all together and you’ve got Aucklander, Sunniva Holt. With more than 120,000 Insta followers and a rocking website, this woman knows what she’s talking about when it comes to delicious vegan food. As it’s World Vegan Day, we asked her to share a recipe with you Listers, and she conjured up this seriously delicious blueberries and cream smoothie with raw chocolate sauce.

Ingredients
1 cup organic blueberries
2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon ground vanilla
4 dates, pitted
Directions
Blend 1 1/2 of the bananas, the milk, vanilla and dates together until smooth.
Pour into a jar.
Blend the blueberries and remaining 1/2 banana.
Pour over top and swirl through with a chopstick.
Raw Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
2 teaspoons coconut oil (if it’s solid, gently melt over a bowl of hot water)
2 teaspoons coconut sugar
2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
Directions
Mix together well then pour over top of the smoothie—it will set hard like chocolate crackle.
