In case you've been living under a rock, yesterday marked the beginning of The Flour Factory's incredible Gin and Tonic Gala.
We're talking gin dinners, floral workshops, gin and yoga sessions, masterclasses and more. But the latest and most exciting news has got to be the jaw-dropping installation from the wizards at DUO Events Creative Studio which is making The Flour Factory the most 'grammable spot in Perth right now.
The installation is made up of a whopping 3,000 garlands which run the entire length of the bar, and the guys at The Flour Factory have also re-designed their front window so they now open up on to the beautiful Queen Street, allowing the good vibes to roll all the way down the street.
As if that wasn't enough, the team have also just announced the launch of their weekly Friday night event, TONIC.
Kicking off this Friday 11 September, TONIC will see live DJs bringing those new windows to life as well as all the usual G&Ts you know and love from The Flour Factory.
Make sure you get in quick to get your hands on the limited edition cocktails like the Watermelon Sugar High—Tanqueray, Chandon Rosé, watermelon, soda and cucumber—and the Honey Empire—Fords Gin, smoked local honey, cinnamon, lemon and egg whites. There's also a Bombay Bramble Collins made with Bombay Bramble, lemon, raspberry, soda and basil, and last but not least, the Sicilian Lemon Sorbet made with Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Gin, Giffard White Cacao, Bianco Vermut, lemon and cracked wattle seed. Those ones are only available until 26 September, so you know what to do.
If you're already getting sad thinking about the end of the Gin and Tonic Gala, the arrival of this new fried ice cream shop in Leederville should lift your spirits.
