Each urn contains the equivalent of 10 huge cocktails and there are three flavours to choose from, so you’re going to want to gather all of your nearest and dearest so you can work your way through them all.
First up, we’ve got the Full Bloom—made with Roku gin, lemon, pink grapefruit and cherry blossom and garnished with an entire bottle of prosecco plus grapefruit, rosemary and Persian rose fairy floss. Yep, this is an Instagrammer’s delight.
If that doesn’t sound like you, check out the Berry Bliss. Think Haku vodka, sake, strawberry and hibiscus shrub, watermelon, lime and soda garnished with frozen watermelon, strawberries and flowers. This one will make you forget about the cold, wintery weather in no time.
Last but not least, the Garden Party is for all the lychee lovers out there. With Roku gin, lychee liqueur, yuzu, elderflower, lychee and soda garnished with lemon, blueberries, flowers and mint, you’ll be hard-pressed to share this one.
The urns will set you back $175 and are available on Friday and Saturday nights until 9pm. You’ll need to book in advance—just request the urn (or urns, no judgement here) that you’re after in your booking notes or email firstname.lastname@example.org for bookings of over six people.
