Red Cabbage might be gone, but you can still get a taste of the magic created by owner and chef Scott O’Sullivan at Sauma this month. That’s right, Scott O’Sullivan has teamed up with Gurpreet Bagga of Sauma to create an Indian truffle dinner that will truly blow your mind.
For $95 per person, you’ll be treated to six delicious courses all featuring Coomer truffles straight from Manjimup. Think three-cheese naan with shaved truffle, tandoori-roasted chicken malai tikka with truffle butter glaze, Shark Bay scallops with shaved truffle, duck korma with truffle, truffle-infused chai panna cotta and so much more.
For an extra $20, you can go ahead and treat yourself to the matched wines from Howard Park and lo-fo wine producers Mon Tout. At that price, it would be rude not to.
