If you’re looking for a pretty special way to spend a Tuesday night, look no further. L’Chaim, the amazing basement bar underneath The Old Synagogue in Fremantle, has teamed up with Four Pillars Gin to create an epic night filled with delicious eats and glorious gin.
You’ll be treated to five courses along with six cocktails—you might want to plan on starting work a bit late on Wednesday morning—and one of those will be a taste of the brand new Olive Leaf Gin that has everyone going crazy.
To line your stomach, Head Chef Leigh Power has got some serious treats in store for you. While the menu is yet to be finalised, you can expect gin-infused eats like spice roasted cauliflower with Four Pillar Olive Leaf Gin infused labne and a gin and tonic Iced Vovo tart. There’s also a fragrant Wagyu rump cap red curry that you won’t want to miss.
