Perth Food Delivery

So you’re barricaded in your bedroom, surrounded by towers of tinned food and toilet paper, ready to wait out the apocalypse, but all you can think of is what you didn’t buy. Why didn’t you load up on booze? Did you even bother to check out the chocolate aisle? How could you have missed the essentials?

Say no more—we’ve got your back. Here are eight delicious things you probably didn’t know you can get delivered right to your door.

Brownies

You love brownies, we love brownies—let’s face it: everyone loves brownies. And in stressful times like these, we are in dire need of brownies to get us through the day. That’s where Ox Rabbit comes in, with brownie slabs to liven up the lockdown. Sure it’s recommended that they’re cut into 9 to 18 slices and shared, but hey, we won’t judge if you eat the whole slab in one sitting. Think of it as binge-eating for your binge-watching.

Cake

We know that cupcakes are the perfect dessert for celebrating occasions and while there really isn’t much to be celebrated at the moment, there is one thing that’s worth getting excited over–the team at Baked 180 is still delivering their baked-fresh-daily cupcakes. Stockpile with a minimum of 20 babycakes or 12 of their regular cupcakes–or grab yourself one of their large cakes. They’ve got a range of gluten-free and vegan flavours, so there’s something for everyone.

Icy Poles

If you’ve got some spare freezer space, we’ve got a suggestion on how to fill it. Delish Ice’s Pop Shop is packed to the max with the most delicious sweet treats–think flavours like Ginger Beer and Lime, Watermelon Lemonade, Cookies & Cream, Pavlova and more. All pops are now on sale–the perfect reason to stock up on these frozen goodies.

Ice Cream And Gelato

There's no need to resort to giant tubs of supermarket ice cream just because you can't leave the house (though no judgement if you do). Roho BureKuld Creamery, Chicho Gelato, Pietro Gelateria and Dumbo Gelato will all be delivering soon. Kuld Creamery plans to start delivering pints of all their March flavours plus a few classics (check out their Insta to find them) as well as cookies, brownies, sauces and homemade cones as of Friday 20 March, just DM them on Insta to place your order. Roho Bure has created a Netflix ice cream box—two take-home tubs of ice cream, four cookies, four cones and two sauces—which is available to pick up in-store and should be available on UberEats any day now. Chicho is delivering 1L take home packs or five choc tops for $30, Pietro is giving away free cones with all takehome tubs, and details of Dumbo's delivery are yet to come but the plan is to start on Monday so watch out on their socials.

Doughnuts

The guys at Top Dup are now offering zero contact delivery of their delicious doughnuts. You can a party pack with 15 small doughnuts in five different flavours, or go big with six full size doughnuts in six different flavours.

Gin

If you go gaga for gin, head over to The Gin Boutique and fill your virtual cart with some of the finest small-batch gins money can buy. Maybe buy two bottles–who knows how long this thing will last—and remember to grab a cucumber and some tonic next time you're at the supermarket.

Wine

Wine lovers, worry not. With Old Bridge Cellars, Besk and Mounts Bay Liquor, you can be certain that you will never run out of wine (or beer, or spirits, or snacks for that matter). With red, white and sparkling offerings from around Australia and the world, these guys will have the good stuff on your doorstep in next to no time. So make yourself comfortable, tee up whatever it is you’re streaming, and get ready to have a glass in hand without even having to leave the house.

Cheese

To brie or not to brie? We all know the answer to this one. Thanks to The Smelly Cheese Shop, you can isolate in style with a platter of brie, vintage cheddar, pastes and biscuits delivered right to your doorstep. If you find it too hard to choose, they also have pre-made platters on hand for guaranteed gouda times.

Cookie Dough

Everyone knows the most difficult part of making cookies is trying not to eat the dough before you bake it. But now, thanks to The Cookie Barrel, we can eat all the cookie dough we want (minus the health risks) from the comfort of home. Whether you’re a complete chocoholic or a lover of the classics like vanilla or choc chip, their flavours are a treat for all taste buds.

Coffee

Have no fear Perth! If coffee runs through your veins, there’s no need to go without your daily caffeine hit. Blacklist Coffee Roasters, Yahava Koffeeworks, Five Senses and Barker St. Coffee will all happily post you a pack of beans, so you can breathe a sigh of relief knowing you still have access to their top-tier blends.
