Move over wine and cheese, beer and oysters are the newest ‘it’ couple and they’re being dished up at a special brewery shindig.
Yank out your calendar and mark Sunday 9 February, because the one of the Sunshine Coast’s favourite breweries, Brouhaha, is bringing together two of the world’s finest treasures for a pairing of a lifetime.
Brouhaha’s Oyster Sunday will see the brew crew team up with The Finest Oyster Shuckers, who are bringing with them a selection of fresh-from-the-rocks oysters to be shucked on-site.
Nab your ticket and you’ll reap the tasty rewards, including throwing back nine oysters—two varieties from three different regions—plus, three perfectly-paired craft beers that have been selected by Brouhaha’s taste experts.
In addition to sending your tastebuds into overdrive, you’ll gain a whole heap of knowledge as you’re led through each type of oyster, their region and how they are farmed, as well as background on each frothy beer.
