An incredible five-course degustation event is coming to the Sunshine Coast, and it’s all unfolding on board a steam train.
As part of The Curated Plate, the Sunshine Coast’s newest culinary festival, a series of activity-led events have just been added to the program, and the deguSTATION train is our pick of the line-up.
Over five hours, you’ll dine on an incredible feast as you wind through the region on The Mary Valley Rattler. Local chefs Matt Golinski, Mark Johnson and James Barnden will create stunning dishes from Sunshine Coast produce, with each course washed down with a matching beverage and entertainment.
During the return journey from Amamoor Station to Gympie, locals will share captivating stories of the region, its food and the rich history of the Mary Valley Rattler line.
