Despite all the parties, afternoon cocktails and beach days, silly season can actually be a pretty hectic time. There’s Christmas shopping, compulsory family visits, busy roads, and all those other stressful things that come with Christmas. If you feel like you’re overdue for a break, then it might be worth treating yourself to a morning of relaxation at the Shambhala Farm’s Gratitude Yoga Farm Experience.
Held on Saturday December 1st, just 15 minutes out of Noosa in Doonan, the retreat has been designed as a small escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. With an energetic yoga flow class held in the beautiful open-air Yoga Shala, you’ll be releasing all your negative energies while surrounded by stunning farmland scenery. Trust us, it’s pretty hard to be stressed when you’re doing the downward dog in the middle of a lush green paddock.
But perhaps our favourite part? At the end there will be a farm trail forage where you can search for your own green smoothie produce—that’s legit farm to table stuff right there. Then you can chow down on a wholefoods morning tea prepared by Shambhala Farm’s very own chef. Your day of total and utter relaxation concludes with an outdoor gratitude circle to get you feeling grounded and grateful just in time for the festive season.
If this sounds like your cup of green tea, then phone 0449 131 001 or email the team to snap up your tickets. Namaste.
