This Buzzing Italian Joint Is Serving Up Amalfi Feeds For Summer

By The Urban List Sydney

The Rushcutters Bay institute known as Bar M (famous for its artsy light projections) is churning out some serious Amalfi feeds this summer which means your only task is to make like the Italian Job and pack yourself with all the pasta.

The seafood-focused line-up is a food-coma inducing feast with house-made potato gnocchi topped with buffalo mozzarella and a new ravioli with crab, prawns and scallops all bathed in lemon, cream and butter sauce being big standouts on the menu.

If you’ve had your fair share of pasta dishes (unlikely), there’s a calamari, octopus and potato salad and a steamed whole snapper, picked off the bone and served at room temperature with drizzled extra virgin olive oil. Just casually.
