People of New Farm, raise your coffee cups because another stunning cafe is set to open on your doorstep next week! The highly anticipated Brisbane cafe, The Brunswick Project is set to open its doors to the inner-north brunch crowd on Thursday 17 August—to much fanfare and adoring brunch crowds.
Bringing his extensive knowledge of the Melbourne food industry (he is former co-owner of the iconic Brunswick Union Street Brewers), owner and head chef Jimmy Williams has created a warm, whole-hearted menu for the new space, and we couldn't be more pumped!
Williams aim with The Brunswick Project is to combine the impeccable service of fine dining—the cafe itself will be full table service—with a homely, relaxed cafe atmosphere. The space itself has been blessed with a huge alfresco deck, with raw timber finishes and a spacious, airy interior—perfect for watching the world go by and lapping up Brissy's perfect weather.
With specialty brews courtesy of Rosso Roasting Co. and food favourites with Williams' twist, all your mid-morning cravings will be satisfied at this fabulous new Brisbane cafe. Oh and did we mention there'll be wine?
Because brunch is always best served with something a little stronger than coffee...
The Brunswick Project is set to open on Thursday 17 August, and will be serving up food and (all importantly) coffee from 6:30am.
