If seafood sampling sounds like your kind of sport, don’t miss this three-course progressive lunch at Viaduct Harbour’s exclusive eateries. Kick off at White + Wong’s with bespoke prawn and coriander crystal skin dumplings. Pair this with your choice of cocktail—we’re into the Oriental Mule for a hit of vodka, lime juice and Yuzu sparkling sake.
Next up head to Botswana Butchery where you’ll be greeted with a glass of sauvignon blanc alongside delicious pan-seared Canadian scallops, pea salad and pancetta. The event will finish off at Harbourside overlooking the ocean vista with a glass of pinot noir. Their gin-cured Big Glory Bay salmon with smoked beetroot and buffalo feta wraps up this leisurely lunch in style.

This decadent long lunch is a feed fit for royalty. Hosted at Harbourside, you’ll be treated to a flute of Nautilus Estate Cuvee on arrival, followed by pinot gris to accompany lunch.
Speaking of lunch, the gourmet banquet will feature a selection of succulent seafood dishes including market oysters, grilled scampi, Green Lip mussels and Chatham Island crayfish. We’re drooling at the thought of the hot smoked Big Glory Bay salmon with braised fennel, capers and salsa verde.
