The Hummus Club is so close to opening their first permanent restaurant in Northbridge we can almost taste it! After shutting up (pop-up) shop in Trinity Arcade a few months back, we’ve been waiting patiently and biding our time until we could get our hands on that top-notch traditional Middle Eastern food The Hummus Club is famous for.
Owners Kaitlin and Ziad Zammar grew up eating Middle Eastern cuisine and will be sharing that cuisine and culture with the people of Perth when The Hummus Club opens. They will be offering drool-worthy food and drinks, as well as music and art. Make sure you also check out the amazing artwork from Karim Jabbari when you visit!
Having perfected every single one of their recipes, from the drool-worthy falafel to the hummus bowls, the new restaurant will also have plenty of new offerings we haven’t seen before with a focus on smaller dishes you can share.
These guys will be opening up at 258 William Street in Northbridge in mid-October. Keep an eye on their Facebook page to find out the exact date!
