It’s time to get spooky, kids. Whether you’re into full fright-night dress ups or just enjoy a plastic spider in your cocktail, Perth has something to for you to sink your fangs into this Halloween. Let’s show America that we too, know how to get down and dirty with the dark arts.

Board With Dating At Bowled Over Dating

31 October, Perth

Dying for a date that doesn’t suck? Need someone to call your boo? Between the ages of 23 to 35? Head along to Board with Dating, hosted by the anti-tinder gang at Bowled over Dating. Basically, you get to play board games, trick or treat for some small bites, and spend a couple of hours mingling with fellow singles. You’ll get a drink on arrival, and prizes will be awarded for best dressed. Tickets are $46.

Halloween Omakase At Yuuma Japanese

31 October, East Victoria Park

If you dare, pay a visit to Yuuma Japanese this Halloween, and dig yourself a grave with a pair of chopsticks. They’re serving up a Halloween themed degustation, featuring seven mysterious courses for just $70 per person.

Rushmore Halloween At Elizabeth Quay

1 November, Perth

The biggest and spookiest Halloween party is beheading our way, as Rushmore Halloween takes over Elizabeth Quay. This fully themed event features a festival-style line up, a $500 prize for best dressed, drink specials and activities with cash prizes. They’ve also teamed up with Costume Box for discounted outfits—just use the code "RMHALLOWEEN" for a 10% discount on all orders over $50.

Halloween Freak Show At Joe’s Juice Joint

2 November, Northbridge

Nothing beats a wild night at Joe’s, and they’re dialling up the scares this year with a twisted horror carnival night. The Joint will be transformed into a terrifying circus complete with treats, live oddities, boozy jello shots and monster tunes from the DJs. Costumes are definitely a must for this one. Doors open 8pm.

Voodoo Gardens At Wolf Lane

25—27 October, Perth

Journey to the immersive underground at Wolf Lane's Voodoo Gardens and see what tricks they’ve got up their sleeve. Tickets are $35 and include two spooky cocktails, a smoky pulled pork roll with crisps, and twisted charcoal ice cream. There’ll also be plenty of haunted house vibes to keep you on the edge, plus tarot card fortunes and live tunes.

Halloween And Día De Muertos Fiesta At Caballitos

29 October—2 November, Perth

With Halloween and Día de Muertos dropping in the same week, Caballitos has got one hell of a wicked week coming at you. Expect everything from apple-bobbing to ghost piñatas and mariachi bands, plus a special hangover party on Friday 1 November. Go on, trick or treat yourself.

Prosecco Fountain Brunch: Halloween Edition At The Globe

2—3 November, Perth

The Globe’s fountain brunch is taking a dark turn this Halloween, featuring dishes with a haunting twist. Think chocolate graveyard dirt pancakes with blood and guts compote, or beans on toast with mummified sausage. Tickets are $49 and include a witchy cocktail, two-hours of free-flowing prosecco, your choice of a gory brunch main and a haunted mimosa station.

CAKE Halloween At Metro City

1 November, Perth

CAKE will be taking over all of Metro City for Halloween, including the rooftop, and turning it into the haunted house straight out of your childhood nightmares. Get dressed to impress in your creepiest Halloween finery and be ready to party from 9pm ‘til the sun comes up. Final release tix are on sale now for $35.

Monster Bash At The Windsor Hotel

1 November, South Perth

The Windsor is joining forces with Kraken for Halloween and throwing a Monster Bash in their Mends Street Bar. The clever Krakens are putting together three unique cocktails, and there’ll be killer tunes and best-dressed prizes. Entry is free.

Halloween At Henry On Eighth

31 October, Maylands

Stephen King’s Halloween Creep Show At The Newport Hotel

26 October, Fremantle

We’ll all be floating at Stephen King’s Halloween Creep Show, with tunes hot enough to keep Carrie burning all night long. Visit the band room for live bands and DJs, and sip on REDRUM to keep the nerves at bay. It’s going to be one hell of a night, with prizes for the King and Queen of Creep.

Fright Fest VR At Palace Raine Square Cinema

24 October—2 November, Perth

Fright Fest VR is here to bring your nightmares to life, right before your eyes. Strap into the freak show and expect nothing short of terrifying.
