Tacos and margaritas are two things Sydney just can’t get enough of and lucky enough the team at Carbòn Mexican Woodfire is making everyone’s dreams come true with a weekend feast dedicated to bottomless tacos and margaritas.
There are up to six taco combos for you to work your way through during the bottomless banquet, with stand-outs including the pork taco with grilled pineapple, onion and coriander and the beer battered barramundi taco served with pickled cabbage and chipotle mayo. The team here also do a couple of stellar veggie and vegan options with a squash, black bean and fried quinoa taco and a vegan chorizo taco with confit potatoes and plenty of guac.
On the drinks side of things, brace yourself for not one, but five margarita concoctions to try. Tequila connoisseurs are in luck with drinks made with fancy pants Tequila Ocho. Additionally, the jalapeno watermelon margaritas are all well worth your time.
