Just Announced: Paper Bird Are Dishing Up One Epic Brunch Party!

ICYMI we’re throwing one hell of a brunch party next month—brunch at Hyde Park Palms. We’ve joined forces with the legends at Good Food Month and together, we’re doing what we do best. With three delicious brunches locked in, and legends like Darren Robertson, Magdalena Roze, Jo Barrett, and Matt Stone already confirmed, we’re drooling at the bit to finally announce our third and final brunch masters—Paper Bird

Potts Point’s newest recruits are here to dish up their Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese and Korean-inspired food (we know, they’re over achievers too), brunch style. The menu isn't 100% final yet but you should prepare yourself for dishes like King’s congee (rice and milk porridge with crab, corn and DOUGHNUT chips), shrimp brined fried chicken with a soy and syrup sauce, and for dessert—a Japanese cheesecake with strawberry and cherry blossom. It’ll be almost too damn pretty to eat, but don’t let that stop you team.
