Now that 2014 is well underway, it's needless to say we're feeling a wee bit in need of some fitspiration (Christmas is a cruel mistress!). We're not sure how long this phase will last, so we're grabbing our bikes by the horns and making the most of it!

In the spirit of shaping up, this weeks TGIF mixtape has been put together by the toned fitness freaks over at Anchor Training in Kelvin Grove. This playlist has been carefully curated to help you run harder, ride further, and burpee...better?
