One of our fave south side craft beer bars, Tomahawk Kitchen & Bar, is a big fan of the killer food-and-bev combo’ that is burgers and beer, and in celebration of all things burgery and beery, have now teamed their very own in-house brew (brewed for them by the good folks at Fortitude Brewing), the Tomahawk Pilsner, with one of their epic burgers in a holy union of meaty, hops-y goodness.

With a well-established cult following in Brisbane, Tomahawk’s taps never pull anything that’s not amazing, and their own brew is no exception.

Brewsvegas 2015 at Tomahawk
Brewsvegas 2015 kicks off at Tomahawk on 24th March with a special collaboration between Katrina Ryan of The Golden Pig Food and Wine School and Tomahawk for a ‘Spanish Caravan’ 5 course degustation with matching beers. Get your tickets here.
Then the fun continues on Wednesday 25th with free entry to Beast & Yeast—celebrating the glorious pairing of meat and beer. $35 gets you a board of five different game meats and matched beers. Bookings recommended.
Followed by Thursday night’s Well Tapped event where you get to judge 13 of Brisbane’s best brewers before crowning a Champion Brew on the night. Entry is free and $35 will get you taste of all the beers plus a voting chip.
