If there’s one thing we’re missing on the Gold Coast, it’s a venue that allows us to sink our toes in the sand, cold beverage in hand, enjoying delicious food and taking in our stunning backyard. Well, we’re in for a treat because we’re about to be blessed with a seriously special set up.
In celebration of the Bleach* festival, a 500-person bar and restaurant are taking up residence on Burleigh beach—a first of its kind here on the Coast. Aptly named The Burleigh Bleach* Club, the venue is delivering European summer vibes with deck chairs, day beds and amazing sunsets.
Open for the length of the festival, 17 to 29 April, the bar will be slinging beers from Burleigh Brewing Co. and wines from Witches Falls Winery. But even better? The food is provided by our faves at The Collective. The Palm Beach eatery is firing up their food van and parking it in Justin’s Park.
There’s a mix of tasty share plates like mushroom and truffle arancini, fresh QLD prawns, deluxe chicken burgers, fish and chips and gnocchi bolognese. For the sweet tooths, there are Nutella and banana quesadillas with vanilla ice-cream.
What’s more, you can order everything via their digital pay-and-go menus, so there’ll be no need to leave the beach with all the mouth-watering fare delivered to you while listening to live music and taking in the incredible Bleach* performances.
The Burleigh Bleach* Club is open from 2pm to 10pm daily.
