Move over food trucks, mobile cocktail trucks are our newest addiction. Created by award-winning bar operator Perry Scott, formerly of the Lark Food & Drink in Brisbane, The Dispense Station rolls around to (pretty much) wherever its bartending and event management services are needed.
Popping up at previous gigs like Falls Festival, Splendour in the Grass and Hot Dub Wine Machine, you know these guys are legit. Mastering practically every single drink you can think of, the tipple menu here is packed to the rafters with bourbon-based cocktails, rum-doused concoctions, gin-loaded classics and a sling of mocktails.
The Dispense Station will travel anywhere but mainly hang around the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Northern New South Wales. They’re available for any event, festival or corporate function you’re throwing. Just make sure they can fit in the space and let them take care of the rest.
