When it comes to summer on the Gold Coast, it’s basically a given that ice cream will become 65% of your daily diet, so it makes sense that we’re getting a festival dedicated to the good stuff.
And who would organise such a magical event? The gang at NightQuarter of course. This Saturday, kicking off at 4pm, you can dive into a Willy Wonka wonderland of frozen treats. And with the temperature showing no sign of dropping, we need this.
Because you’re at NightQuarter, you’re not going to get just any run of the mill ice cream cone. Expect mouth-watering delights like ice cream-loaded honey puffs, ice cream doughnut sliders, ice cream crepes, milkshakes and ice cream infused cocktails.
There’s also vegan ice cream treats and frozen yoghurt too. And, because NightQuarter want everyone to enjoy themselves, there’s even ice cream dog treats.
Post-food coma, work off those calories in The Paddock where The Sunny Coast Rude Boys will be performing their Ska and reggae hits from 7pm. Sounds like a winning night to us.
The regular NightQuarter entry fee applies, $3 per person with kids under 12 free. We’ll see you there.
