A Bug Roll And Rosé Champagne Pop-Up Is Hitting The Coast

If fine threads, rosé champagne, and fresh seafood is all you seek this summer, look no further—a Moet & Chandon Ice Rosé summer pop-up has just landed at Pacific Fair and it’s straight out of our Instagrammable dreams.

Teaming up with French haute-cuisine eatery Little Truffle, the pop-up is serving a bespoke menu of butter-bathed lobsters, Moreton Bay bugs, and king prawn rolls plus mushroom and mozzarella arancini—all starting from just $14. The full Moet & Chandon beverage list is on offer, but you’ll want to get your hands on the limited edition Moet Ice Rosé—aka summer on the Gold Coast in a glass.

Here’s the best part. They’ll plate up a complimentary king prawn and Moreton Bay bug roll and pour you a glass of Moet Ice Rosé when you spend $250 or more at any store. With labels like Aje, Adidas, and Dion Lee, not to mention you were going to do your Christmas shopping anyway, we know you’ll gladly welcome this delightful treat.

The uber chic pop-up opens Friday December 7, but be quick, it’s only hanging around until January 27.
