It’s officially October, which means it’s time to make like our Mexican amigos and celebrate the Day of the Dead, or Día de los Muertos, a day dedicated to commemorating your nearest and dearest departed in the most festive way possible. The Mexicans honour the deceased by celebrating life at vibrant festivities all over the country and with a brand so rich in storied Mexico, Espolòn TEQUILA is taking the opportunity this year to celebrate the traditional Mexican holiday.

This October there’ll be more eating, drinking, and dancing than you can poke a festively painted skull at, and we can’t wait! Our mates over at Espolón TEQUILA are organising the parties of the year, and they want you to celebrate in true Mexican style. But how? We’re glad you asked. There will be epic parties thrown at some of the best bars in Melbourne with Espolón drink specials, DJs, delicious cocktails, plenty of Mexican food, face painting, live art installations and photo booths so you can remember your night forever.

Are you ready to celebrate living? Here’s where to do it…

Combining two of our favourite things—pizza and partying, Bimbos will be hosting an epic Day of the Dead party. Haven’t quite mastered that spooky makeup? Fear not, you’ll be able to get your scary face on at Bimbos with their host of top-notch face painters. $4 pizzas and hot dogs and, combined with complementary Mexican street eats—you’ve got yourself one helluva shindig.
