Forget Brunch, Boozy Desserts Are Now A Thing!

Put down whatever it is you’re eating and start saving your calories because boozy desserts are now a thing in Melbourne. We’re talking about Tokyo Tina’s Suntory whisky Baba, aka delicious whisky soaked sponge cake, of course. Served with ginger crème pat and chargrilled pineapple, you can forget about spending extra on a cocktail and skip brunch. The catch? It’s available for one weekend only for American Express Card Members.

ICYMI we’ve teamed up with our friends at American Express to celebrate the launch of Shop Small 2017 by bringing you the best two days of your life (Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 November), otherwise known as The Urban List’s first ever Urban Weekender, presented by Shop Small.

There will be all sorts of eats, drinks and deals all around town, like the must-try summer thyme spritz at Ichi Ni Nana, as well as deals at Village People AND Upside Rooftop Bar. Oriental Tea House will even be putting on bottomless iced tea in teapots for only $12.50! Like we told you earlier, you seriously need to clear your calendar.

Save the date and start planning. You can get allllll the deets here.
