Lovers of Vietnamese food in Melbourne – a phonomenal opening is a-coming your way!
The street eats masters behind Rolld are set to launch a premium Vietnamese restaurant, Mama's Buoi, in early August.
Setting up shop in Melbourne's GPO, Mama's Buoi will be serving up fresh, tasty Vietnamese recipes to the hungry hordes of H&M shoppers and city-goers.
What delights are on offer? Mama's Buoi will feature an array of moreish Vietnamese sharing dishes and hot pots, such as beef in betel leaf skewers; crispy whole flounder; sweet and sour tamarind soup with fish heads; and sweet braised pork with quail eggs… salivating yet?! The majority of dishes have been passed down from generation to generation, meaning you'll soon be feasting on some of the most authentic Vietnamese food in Melbourne!
If, like us, you just can't wait to get your chops around Mama's Buoi's Vietnamese fare, you'll be pleased to know that the Rolld in Hardware Lane will be turned into a Mama's Buoi pop-up!
From the 2nd of July, the team behind Mama's Buoi will be testing out their Vietnamese eats in the pop-up kitchen…and we're mooore than happy to be their guinea pigs! Open 5pm 'til midnight daily, this pop-up will be the perfect spot to grab a quick bite after work, or park yourself for a long night of delectable Vietnamese dining.
It's not just Melburnians having all the fun – two permanent Mama's Buoi restaurants will open in Crows Nest and Surry Hills in Sydney.
Ohhh mama, we simply can't wait to test out this new Vietnamese restaurant in Melbourne!
