Northsiders, get ready to welcome Melbourne’s new bar, Glamorama, to Brunswick street – an all night party venue with an electronica music focus and some whacky eats, which is set to open on Thursday 12th November.
From the guys behind South Yarra bar Less Than Zero, Glamorama will boast a selection of local and international artists across disco, house and techno and will be licensed until 3am during the week and 5am on weekends. Hear that, party people? If you feel like indulging in some serious party vibes midweek, Glamorama will definitely be your friend.
Offering an extensive drinks menu including the largest range of Australian whiskies, you can rest assured these guys will have your beverage of choice covered. The kitchen will be manned by previous head chef of Sweet Water Inn, Shaun Hansen, serving up familiar dishes with some not-so-familiar features. Think vegan chicken wings, lamington-fried ice cream and ‘botox’ pies with sauce syringes.
For those up for the whole shebang, get in amongst the large dancefloor or sidle up for some cocktails at the bar. But if you’re just keen to check out the space and kick back, you can take up a seat in one of the venue’s private booths. Whatever your choice, make sure to head on down to Melbourne’s new bar, Glamorama, when it opens its doors on Thursday 12th with a free set from British DJ Ben Pearce. We’ll see you there!
