It’s a truth universally acknowledged that Melburnians spend a whole lotta money on coffee. Whether it’s an afternoon long black or a sneaky midday cappuccino, we’re perhaps the only city in the world where spending 50% of your income on caffeinated milk is totally a-ok.
If you’re looking for a new coffee joint fuel your morning addiction, PACE Development Group have just launched a new summer coffee shop that will out-Melbourne your regular hidey-hole. To celebrate the launch of their architecturally-dreamy development, PACE have collaborated with Co-Ground to bring you the ultimate summer pop-up.
With 100% of profits going to charity, Co-Ground will take up residence at PACE of Collingwood until the end of summer. A registered charity organisation that proudly supports community-driven projects throughout South East Asia, this is the best excuse to spend all your dollies on coffee this year.
Co-Ground launches this weekend boasting live street art installations and an Aboriginal blessing of the land ceremony. The pop-up will be housed in a greenhouse-inspired outdoor area, so there’ll be plenty of Insta-friendly light and sun-soaking opportunities.
While you’re around this attractive block of Collingwood, you can also be the first to check out images of the future PACE of Collingwood building. Enjoy designs displaying robust red brick, airy open spaces and a seriously gorgeous rooftop park with your morning Saturday coffee.
PACE of Collingwood and Co-Ground will be open from 11am-3pm this weekend. Opening hours after the launch weekend will be Wednesday to Friday 4pm-7pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am-1pm. For more info head to the website or the Facebook event.
