Is that the arrival of another trash quality reality TV show we hear? Damn straight it is! The Real Housewives franchise will soon be gracing our screens with the sure-to-be-smashing phenomenon, The Real Housewives of Auckland. They’ll be bringing the drama, the LOLS, the top-shelf yarns and the endless stream of SPQR lunches and, guess what? We know who they are.

The reveal was hosted this evening by The Real Housewives of New York veteran, Ramona Singer as the ladies took to the stage. The Auckland show is set to launch in August.

From personal stylists to ex-TV presenters and bubbly enthusiasts, here are The Real Housewives of Auckland. Oh, and it’s already pinned to be better than Melbourne’s. Take that, Australia.

P.S. Shout out to Mediaworks for joining forces with NBCUniversal to bring us Bravo—the reality TV centric, free-to-air channel that will replace Channel Four and be screening the show. It’s one of the first free-to-air channels NBC has ever done and will help unscripted TV boom. And we’re pretty chuffed about it.
